Some products get put on the market and you have to wonder what were they thinking? Of late I have been seeing many commercials for the new Special K protein drink, a “refreshing” red or yellow juice being poured into the glass by a trim sophisticated business woman and its just not that appealing. Why did they have to pick red and yellow, the first being the color of uncooked meat and the latter being the waste product, pee. Perhaps a clear color or even blue would have been better. What kind of products do you see for sale that just make you wonder?

Rice cakes. I know you’re supposed to put stuff on them, but I see people eating them plain and they are so bland that I wonder what kind of satisfaction they get from chewing on a texture.

I’d have to agree with the rice cake thing. It’s gross by itself. They make corn cakes though, and those aren’t as bad.

Most anything in a package or container that’s labeled “nutritious” “sport drink” “slim this” “slim that” “protein bar/drink/powder”

JELLO. I think cow hoves in this modern day is horrible. Knorr soups, all of them have monosodium glutamate plus the Swanson broth.
Heck I could go on and on.

I wonder if they made them red and yellow so they would look kind of like juice? Blech.
Most products they make these days amaze me. I mean, WHY?

Diet cheese.
How is it possible?
